Stay home and help expand Michigan Women's Forum!

Now, more than ever, the mission of Michigan Women's Forum is critical to our state. The number of women in higher office is declining, even as poverty, foreclosures, equal pay and other issues more deeply affect women's lives.

We're offering you an opportunity to help us hire an intern and other freelance writers to expand coverage of women and the issues important to them - and it's practically painless!

Contribute $25 for one of of our "Stay-At-Home Fundraiser" packages, which includes a copy of publisher Joni Hubred-Golden's book One Woman: Memoir & Manifesto, a sweet treat from Sunflour Bakehaus (chocolate no-bake, sugar cookies, magic bar, big oatmeal raisin or big chocolate chip cookie) and loose leaf tea from Chartreuse, a Michigan, woman-owned company. Or, donate $40 and receive two packages, to share with a friend.

Donations must be received by November 29, 2010 for our December 1 mailing. If you wish to give a package as a gift, donate by December 13, 2010 for our December 15 mailing.
