Harbor Computer Services named Microsoft Partner Awards winner

Michigan-based Harbor Computer Services has been named a Microsoft Partner Awards winner as Small Business Specialist Partner of the Year. The company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft partners as delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology.
