The Association for Women in Communications Detroit Chapter is accepting nominations for excellence in communications.
The Vanguard Award recognizes an individual or organization for innovatively employing a communications medium in 2010.
The Diamond Award honors an individual or organization for improving conditions for women in the workplace, or portraying women positively in media.
Nominations must be received by March 7.

Award winners will be honored during the annual Matrix Awards celebration on May 18.
