This is a first of two videos highlighting the Michigan Women's Commission & Legislative Women's Caucus Women's History Month reception in the Governor's Ceremonial Office March 10. Representatives from many state departments, legislative offices and organizations attended, and Shannon Garrett, Great Lakes Regional Director for The White House Project, spoke about TWHP trainings and the need for women to "authorize" and encourage one another to run for office.
